Birth and Postnatal Doula

What I can provide as your doula

My role as your doula is to support you through your birth and or postnatal period. This may come in many forms but ultimately it is about ensuring that you have a positive experience no matter what the outcome is.

As your doula I will listen to your concerns and worries about your pregnancy, birth and postnatal.

I am able to provide care and assist with but not limited to relaxation, breathing, bonding and feeding positions. I will be able to signpost you to additional information or the area of expertise if required.

I can assist you in having a voice to ensure your choices are heard but I cannot make decisions for you, nor can I provide medical advice, or undertake any medical task.

Birth Package

From £800

If you are going through financial hardship or would like to discuss payment plans. Please get in touch.

I am currently taking a break from Birth Doulaing as I am on maternity leave. I can still support antenatally and postnatally. Please get in touch if you are interested.

  •  Free initial 1 hour appointment - to get to know each other and decide if the ‘fit’ is right.

  • 2 x 1 hr Antenatal meet ups to discuss birth preferences, previous births and anything else in between.

  • On call from 38 weeks until birth.

  • 1 x Postnatal visit - usually a few days after birth to check in.

  •  Unlimited phone support from booking to 12 weeks after birth.

If you would like more support antenatally and after birth this would fall into my postnatal care.
